Hi!
I'm using the courier fax module, version 0.45.6.
Doesn't Courier use mgetty's faxheader file? My fax messages I've send are without the first fax-header line configured in /etc/mgetty/faxheader.
I've read that it's impossible to disable the coverpage and fax the attachments only. Sometimes this would be very bad. Can you give me a direction where I have to modify which files?
Is it allowed and possible to remove the footer "http://www.courier-mta.org"; on the coverpage? If yes, where is the place I have to look for?
