I'm sorry to say I did someting wrong. At least I found out what caused it. It's somewhere in the authdaemonrc. While upgrading I accepted the mysqlrc option and this also was in the rc file. Putting back an older authdaemonrc file helped. Now I have to find out why authpam is not used if I also have authmysql mentinoned in authdaemonrc.
