You're right, of course. It was, as you guessed, the latest stable - 0.47.
This is a small typo in the spec file.
Is the new one up yet so I can diff it against the old one? I looked
ALL OVER the spec file, tee'ed the output of the rpmbuild, etc.
searching for what was wrong and never did find it (thereby proving once
again that I don't understand rpm as well as I thought I did). :-)
Replace
