You mean to insert some msgbody saying something like "Dear user, we
extend our sympathies and regrets for your choice of e-mail client"?
We've been told that courierfilters cannot modify messages, so it seems
this would not be possible.

The easy method would be to stop using Outlook.

It would be really nice though if filters COULD modify messages... e.g.
for site-wide spamassassin, clamav, etc which might want to add some
headers in a site-wide implementation without relying on maildrop or
users' configurations thereof...
