I do admit that I symlinked 'locals', 'esmptacceptmailfor' and 'me' to 'hosteddomains' and regenerate .dat files from such configuration.
Read the 'hosteddomains' section of the man page for 'courier'. It clearly explains the difference between locals and hostedomains. A domain can not be listed in both, or at least, doing so will not acheive any good.
...'me' isn't even the same format as hostedomains. I have no idea why you decided to symlink that to the hosteddomains file.
