Thank you for your prompt reply.

Yes, I did run both hosteddomains and makeacceptmailfor.  This was
proved by adding an entry to the MySQL backend, creating the appropriate
Maildir and sending a test message from an external email account.  The
test email was received successfully.

There aren't any configuration alterations which should be made, are
there?  As far as I am aware you just enable aliasing of virtual domains
by adding @domain.com: user or @domain.com: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
