[courier-users] Configuring maildirs/mysql

I have installed courier on my SuSE 9.1 box with Maildirs/mysql, but 
nowhere can I find documentation on how to actually set up mailboxes for 
my users.  My goal is to:

1) Have mail for some, but not all of the users on my system
2) Have mail accounts for users who do not have shell access
3) Store the mail somewhere other than a user's home directory (since 
some of them will not have home directories, and for those who do I 
don't want mail cluttering up file space)
