[courier-users] Courier as open relay

I've set courier up so that it only accepts connections from certain IP 
addresses.  What I want to do now is set up Courier as an open relay.  I 
can't seem to find out how to do this.  Doing searches just turns up results 
on how hard it is to make Courier an open relay.
