Courier does not currently support applying DNS blocklists to certain
recipients only.  You could use (and easily extend to your needs) one of
the more sophisticated mail filters for Courier, though:

  * Courier::Filter
    (Perl-based, modular)

Unfortunately Courier's courierfilter interface, which is used by those
filters, is designed in such a way that messages have to be received
completely before they can be judged and accepted/rejected by a filter,
even if the filter determines right away that the sender is on a
blacklist.  That is, rejections do happen during the SMTP transaction (so
no bounce messages have to be created by Courier), but you won't be able
to save any traffic by using those filters.
