A couple of suggestions.  Use SMTPDirect for your DELIVERY_MODULE, if you're
not doing so already (this is the default in Defaults.py).  Make sure that
your SMTPHOST (in Defaults.py or mm_cfg.py) is resolvable and that SMTPPORT
= 0, which slightly counter-intiutive but correct.  Second, after any change
you make, be sure to run mailmanctl to stop and restart your qrunner
daemons.  This latter one bit me when I was first setting up mailman here.
