[courier-users] Header/Recipient Size Policy Limit Exception?

We get occasional messages from this one sender that we _have_ to receive. Unfortunately, these messages sometimes trip the header size / recipient list policy limit and getting the sender to change their mail server is not a possibility. From what I can tell, this limit is hard-coded in submit.C and not configurable anywhere outside the code.

Is there any chance, in a future release, that exceptions to this policy be made into a config option? I'd like to be able to say that mail (rcpt) from [EMAIL PROTECTED] should be allowed to exceed this policy.

We get a lot of mail and this seems to be the only legitimate sender who consistently breaks this policy. As reasonable as the policy is for 99.9% of our messages, it'd be very cool if we could configure the odd exception.
