Assuming your using virtual shared folders, you can do it like this:

info: | /usr/local/shared/info

this is taken from:

http://www.courier-mta.org/makealiases.html

note that your going straight from SMTP to the Maildir so you can't run
virus/spam filters with maildrop.  If this address is going to be posted
to a website or made public you might consider making it a real account
instead of an alias and doing something like

to "/usr/local/shared/info/"

after your maildrop spam filtering.
