I use the /etc/courier/aliases/system file to map usernames to email addresses and have 2 domains using the mailserver. Some of the users have aliases in both domains, and exist as 2 separate users on the system. One such user is getting duplicate emails sent to one of his boxes. For example, the system usernames are mb18078f and mb21150p (one for each domain). Each of these is aliases to a real email address
mb18078f :[EMAIL PROTECTED]
mb21150p :[EMAIL PROTECTED]
When email is send to [EMAIL PROTECTED], an email arrives in teh maildir for both mb18078f and mb21150p. The headers are quite different
No, they're not. They're almost identical. :)
Double-check your alias files. Based on the behavior you desribe, I'd guess that you have two entries for "[EMAIL PROTECTED]", one pointing at each system user.
