People, I have an esmtproutes file like this:

I tried with nothing in front of the :, and with one space (chr32).
Anyway, mail is not relayed through the smarthost, but MX records are looked up and used. What is wrong? Courier is version 0.48.2.20050203 (Gentoo ebuild).
