Hi J�rgen, I have just installed CentOS 4 (which is effectively RHEL4 without support). I have also installed the actual version of gamin and gamin-devel from FC3 and compiled afterwards courier-0.50 . With IDLE support enabled, the clients seems to hang when accessing an IMAP folder. In the server log there is the following message: --- imapd-ssl: FAMPending: timeout --- With IDLE support disabled there is no timeout and client hang. So unfourtunately for CentOS4/RHEL4 I have to answer "no" to your question. Hm. Perhaps I missed some esoteric installation procedure for gamin.
