I need to block connections from a misconfigured mailserver that is sending me lots and lots of junk. I'm confused about the 'deny' and the 'BLOCK=' settings for smtpaccess. How do they interact? If I want to send a customized message, which do I do?
IP<tab>allow,BLOCK="500 Blocking misconfigured server" or IP<tab>deny,BLOCK="500 Blocking misconfigured server" I'm thinking it's probably the first one since I need to allow the connection in order to send the block message, but I'm not sure.
