Hello Again,
In my maildir:
drwx------ 6 popuser popuser 1024 Sep 1 11:46 .
drwx------ 4 popuser popuser 1024 Sep 7 15:50 ..
drwx------ 2 popuser popuser 1024 Sep 12 13:32 courierimapkeywords
-rw-r--r-- 1 popuser popuser 1070 Sep 16 22:21 courierimapuiddb
drwx------ 2 popuser popuser 2048 Sep 16 23:02 cur
drwx------ 2 popuser popuser 1024 Sep 19 06:10 new
drwx------ 2 popuser popuser 1024 Sep 19 06:10 tmp
Is only these files and folders.
But I tried to create it over Outlook and outlook shows it, but when i look
here in my server there is no new folder e.g. SPAM oder sent-mail created.
So can i create it directly through the shell?
What mus i note?

Horde may be showing you only folders that you've subscribed to. You
should find the option to subscribe to folders and add the ones that are
missing.

If you log in to a shell on the server, and "ls -a Maildir", you'll see all
of the available folders. They begin with a '.' character.
