Now I had set up a shared folder,say "comments" in one of my virutal
user(i use mysql database to store the  virtual domain and its users),

say, /home/vdomain/mails.com/user1/Maildir-shared/.comments

/home/vdomain/mails.com/user2/Maildir/shared-folders/Task/comments
with properly subscribed directories like..

No, you don't.

This is filesystem permissions-based shared folders, and you want to use
virtual shared folders.

In my last message, I asked you to read maildir/README.sharedfolders.txt
