The only thing that webadmin allows you to do is forward all mail for a
specific @domain to a local mail account.  I don't think there's anything in
webadmin that would redirect all nonexistent mail to some specific mailbox.

Well, if you had webadmin redirect all mail for any [EMAIL PROTECTED] to a
local mailbox, and then you set up some mail filter that rejects messages
whose headers indicate a specific recipient (a very iffy, and an unreliable
approach), then, well, you got exactly what you asked for.
