Actually, I there is another script that was able to convert the file
properly.

They way I managed the conflicting "mailHost" attributes was to simply
remove all of the schemas that I didn't need.  All I'm using this for
is Courier authentication and some other custom stuff, so I don't need
most of the supplied schemas.

I'm just using:
    core
    rfc2247
    rfc2307
    ns-common
    authldap

We're still working on it, so there may be other things we'll need to
add back in.
