Ok, I installed new version of courier 0.52.1 (previos unistalled) by:

./configure --prefix=/usr/local --sysconfdir=/etc/courier
--localstatedir=/var --enable-mimecharset=ISO-8859-2 --without-tcpddns
--disable-local-extensions --with-paranoid-smtpext --with-ispell
--enable-unicode --enable-https=auto --without-gzip
--disable-autorenamesent --with-trashquota
--enable-workarounds-for-imap-client-bugs --enable-imageurl=/images
--with-db=gdbm --enable-utf7-folder-encoding

make
make install
make install-configure

After that I made simple configuration using webadmin:
- Server name
- Local domain
- Locally-hosted domains
- Default domain
- Message-ID domain
- enable Standard ESMTP
- enable POP3

now when i send email to noexistent account it's accepted and I can find it
/etc/courier/aliasdir/Maildir directory.
Whats the reason ?

Where should i look for mistake ?

The exact configuration steps you've made in webadmin.
