I make it through the configure just fine. The first time, the link fell
over in the mysql stuff, but I don't use it, so I started again with
--without-authmysql. This time, I get into the home stretch of linking and
then it falls over with the following. Still seeking answers on the
general net too. Not sure why building courier has gotten so difficult...
built 0.50.0 and 0.56 (and numerous versions before those) just fine back
when it arrived, but haven't had success with anything after that. :-(
