You can't do that via esmtproutes (AFAIK).
What you would have to do is create an alias for each account in
/etc/aliases.
Something like this:
[EMAIL PROTECTED]: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
[EMAIL PROTECTED]: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
etc...
Any mail for [EMAIL PROTECTED] would be sent along to
[EMAIL PROTECTED]
Courier could then lookup MX records to determine where to send mail for
2example.com.
Or, if you don't want MX records, you could specify this in esmtproutes.
2example.com: 2examplesmtp.com
