Ummm... No.  Go back and read Sam's posts again...

--with-mailuser and --with-mailgroup _CAN_NOT_BE_USED_ when building
Courier.  If you want to adjust the mailuser and mailgroup for Courier,
you must do it while building Courier-Authlib.  Courier gets these
values from the Courier-Authlib installation.
