Courier does this by default, here's a sample Received header from a message:
Received: from [10.9.4.123] (somewhere.airstreamcomm.net

The first Received header is the last one, as it was recorded by Courier
so it can be trusted. You should look for AUTH, but be careful, make sure
hostnames with auth in them won't match your REGEXP... Just takes a
little trial and error.
