Thanks Sam.

I got it working.  I had read the "VIRTUAL DOMAINS" section of the man
page several times.  I'm not sure what I was doing wrong.  I had tried
creating .courier-default in my home directory but I must have had
something else wrong at the time.  I guess I since fixed what ever the
other problem was because, when I re-created the .courier-default file,
it started working this time.
