Did chmod 755 /usr/local/var/spool/authdaemon...
now the message says:
(temporary failure. Command output: terminate called after throwing
an instance of 'char const*' maildrop: signal 0x06)
Couldn't find anything useful online.
Posting this to the courier-users group too.
Any ideas?

It only happens while: virtual_transport = maildrop
if I change it back to: virtual_transport = virtual everything
appears to work fine... except for using maildrop to call spam
assassin
While this is probably nothing to do with postfix, I'm wondering if
anyone has any ideas.
