If you look earlier in your mail logs, you should see that an earlier forwarded mail was bounced by parkwifi.com's mail server, for some stupid reason.
When a forwarded mail bounces, Courier itself stops accepting any more mail for the broken address, for a short period of time. Why should Courier accept mail to forward it to some broken mail server, which is refusing to accept mail for the destination address?
Courier will begin accepting mail for this address in 1-2 hours. If another message to this address gets bounced, Courier will stop accepting mail again, for another 1-2 hours.
