Should the 'authmysqlrc' file also exist in the '/etc/authlib'
directory? I'm still confused about that particular file, because it
exists in the directory where I un-tarred the 'courier-authlib-0.58'
package, but nowhere else. If I just copy that file to the
'/etc/authlib' directory and make the necessary changes to it, will it
do what it is supposed to, or does the fact that it didn't get copied to
'/etc/authlib' during installation indicate that there is a larger problem?
Thanks.

P.S. Note that 'authdaemonrc' exists in '/etc/authlib', it's only
'authmysqlrc' that is missing.
This means that you didn't build courier-authlib with MySQL support,
otherwise the example config file is automatically installed into
/etc/authlib.
