Find and read README.maildirquota, which is part of the source distribution. That should give you all the clues you need :-) Unless I'm much mistaken, the same syntax applies to entries in the MySQL quota field. I'll have to do this soon myself, so I'll need to figure it out too, but this is my understanding.
