Thanks for the tip - I've done this and now the 'rpmbuild -ta
sqwebmail-5.1.1.tar.bz2' works fine.
Now I've got two new .rpm file in /usr/src/packages/RPMS/i586 -
sqwebmail-5.1.1-1.i586.rpm and sqwebmail-ldap-5.1.1-1.i586.rpm
If I try to install sqwebmail-5.1.1-1.i586.rpm on my SuSE 10.0 box, I get an
error about failed dependencies:-
error: Failed dependencies:
vixie-cron is needed by sqwebmail-5.1.1-1
/var/www/cgi-bin is needed by sqwebmail-5.1.1-1
Q1: What would be the correct way to "explain" to the RPM that SuSE's
default cgi-bin directory for Apache is /srv/www/cgi-bin (not
/var/www/cgi-bin)?
Q2: Why do I need 'vixie-cron'? SuSE 10.0 already has cron... am I missing
something here?
