standalone, I also have maildrop installed.
I have my mailboxes working on Maildir.
I get this error when I " telnet pop3" put the user and Password and
then the logs show as below.
pop3d: authdaemon: s_connect() failed: No such file or directory
Jun 14 10:54:28 mailstore3 pop3d: LOGIN FAILED, user=27761025196,
ip=[::ffff:127.0.0.1]
Jun 14 10:54:28 mailstore3 pop3d: authentication error: No such file or
directory
The mailbox exists in /home/vmail/username and was created with
maildirmake /home/vmail/username/Maildir/
I thought it was something to do with my socket and permissions for
