i am receiving the error below and not sure how to proceed. I have reviewed archives and did the courier clear on the account, but still no luck.

[EMAIL PROTECTED] is configured within application and not a real account [EMAIL PROTECTED] is an email alias pointing to real users. and one of the users on this alias has vacation turned on. if anyone can point me in the right direction I'd greatly appreciate it. thanks.
