Nothing.SMTP authentication is always enabled and available. It is the sending mail client's decision whether to supply a userid and password. If the client does not, and the server requires authentication, then the server simply refuses to accept any mail from the client.
Do yourself a favor and learn how SMTP, and authenticated SMTP works. You will solve many of you misunderstanding about how all this works.
