Imagine, your servers serving 50000 messages daily and there are 400 such broken emails in the queue. From time to time, courier tries to send them out and sending streams get blocked for a considerable amount of time (default is 10 minutes). Furthermore, in new (>0.48) couriers those mails are deferred with a temporary errors, which leads to deffering of all mails (even properly formatted) for that address for a some long time (30 minutes, i believe). Yes, i do want to know where those mails lost trailing \r\n.
