Those filenames work if the list address is [EMAIL PROTECTED]',

If the address is [EMAIL PROTECTED]' then those should be named
.courier
.courier-default
respectively, in the home directory of the user `list' that
you have to create as part of the list creation.
Don't forget .courier-list-owner (or .courier-owner)
