I've got an empty smtpaccess/default file so I presume all relaying is denied but I'm getting quite a few of these...
courieresmtp: id=00043A61.450F7C5F.00000434,from=<> that are being successfully delivered offsite (all spam). Any hints how I can prevent this kind of spam mail getting through ?
