Hi,I'm sure this has been discussed before, but I can't spot it in the archive... On of my colleagues is using SQWebMail to reply to his email (from a client site) and is finding that the messages are not being quoted in the reply text box. I did a bit of investigation and found that this only happens if the message one replies to is a HTML message with no plain text part (it's the plain text that gets quoted). I suspect these messages are coming from a badly configured mail client. Is there a way of telling SQWebMail to strip out the tags from the HTML version and quote that?
Nope. It's not just a matter of "strip"ping out HTML tags.<p>After all,<p>If you just strip out html tags the results may be completely unformatted<br>gibberish that nobody will be able to read<br>anyway, since the original HTML mail can easily be a single line of text.
