You will need to edit /usr/local/etc/authlib/authldaprc with the appropriate parameters for your qmail ldap schema. If there is a parameter in particular that you can't get working and need advice on, then i guess ask here. But if you give it a shot, you should be able to work most of it out, and the list archives will be a great help to you.
