I'm having trouble understanding what you mean.  I think you're 
suggesting that spammers might retaliate against you because you use 
blacklists?  That seems highly unlikely.  First, and primarily, because 
it doesn't change the situation to their advantage.  They're not going 
to make more money by DOS attacks, so it's unlikely that they'd engage 
in something that juvenile.  Second, they'd probably have to select 
targets manually, and that doesn't seem to fit their MO, either.
