Looks really cool. I did not read the SRS-specs carefully, but wasn't there some case when you have to shorten the envelope address a bit and so you must have a database where rewritten addresses are mapped to real addresses? I think of messages being rewritten the second time and have really long local parts. Reading the given page, I don't see any kind of database, so you have no chance to shorten anything without loosing data.
