Yup... once I switched to the sqwebmail that was built as part of the
courier build, all works fine. Thanks.

I'm looking to customise the login page, and I can find everything I'm
looking for except the timezone list. In whats deployed, I've got a
list of what I estimate to be 300 timezones / regions.

When I look at the TIMEZONELIST file in the build directory under
webmail/html/en it contains 6 US timezones.

Where are the remainder of the timezone entries obtained from, the
INSTALL file suggests that the above TIMEZONELIST file is the source,
but clearly the webmail cgi is getting a list elsewhere!
