Hello everyone, I've searched for this particular question a lot but I haven't been able to find an answer:
How can I configure esmtpd to accept inbound e-mail (i.e. from other mail servers) without authentication, yet require authentication for outbound (i.e. my mail server's users) e-mail? I've tried setting AUTH_REQUIRED=1 in the estmpd config file, but that results in not being able to receive e-mail from other servers. I've also read and re-read the man page on makesmtpaccess but I've been unable to figure out how to do it (I've tried to avoid making a huge list of mail server ip addresses, is there another way?)
