Well, at least to some extent courier-mta already does mime unfolding to
check if mime structure is ok. If you do virus checking, mime structure
is usually unfolded again. To add extra attachment dealing with client
generated html content would not be necessary, imho.

Yet, there is no way (at least official) how to change forwarded
message's contents from filters. And adding this functionality to the
core... may be not the right thing to do for political reasons. On the
other hand, every site will have different needs to add, so there will
be very difficult to cover everybody's situation.
