One more thing: I compiled everything (maildrop, courier-authlib,
courier-imap, postfix, openssl, etc) with the following FLAGS:
CXXFLAGS=-march=nocona -O2 -pipe -fomit-frame-pointer -mmmx -msse -msse2
-msse3
CFLAGS=-march=nocona -O2 -pipe -fomit-frame-pointer -mmmx -msse -msse2
-msse3
