If anything, the cyrus-sasl list, probably. But then again, there's no obligation for cyrus-sasl to provide the ability to read Courier's passwords. The two bits of software are independent of each other, and neither one claims to support interoperability with the other one, with one possible exception of me dimly recalling someone mentioning Cyrus-SASL having the ability to talk to authdaemond's socket. If that's the case, you'll need to do whatever needs to be done to get cyrus-sasl to use courier-authlib to update or validate passwords, instead of doing it itself.
