I'm pretty sure that all LDAP replies are a sequence of results, followed by a "search result" indicating the status of the search. The one that Watashi supplied showed a single entry, followed by a result record indicating success. He also indicated that this was generated by the production server, against which authdaemond doesn't work. That's curious, because the server appears to be supplying the expected results. I'm not sure how to reconcile the debugging that Watashi has supplied with the results he's getting from authdaemond. It doesn't make any sense. I'd like to see the same type of debugging output that he supplied this morning, from the other LDAP server. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by DB2 Express Download DB2 Express C - the FREE version of DB2 express and take control of your XML.
