Federico,

If you are seeing e-mails with "winmail.dat" attachments, they were sent by
someone using M$ LookOut! or LookOut Express, a non-standard way of sending
embedded data in e-mails that only M$ mail clients know how to decode.  Well,
actually there are some winmail.dat converters out there, some open-source.
Search for them on the web if you need them.
