Changes:Presenting the final version of webmlm, the web interface to couriermlm. Webmlm is now feature-complete, and provides full administration of couriermlm-managed mailing lists, including subscription management, and moderation.
When running a moderated list, the moderator screens provide complete previews of messages in the moderation queue. This was accomplished thanks to major refactoring of sqwebmail's internals. All the various bits in sqwebmail that deal with reformatting E-mail messages into HTML have been pulled out into a separate library, which is also used by webmlm to show messages queued up for moderation.
One remaining limitation is that only one person can be doing list moderation, at the same time. There's no error checking right now, so if more than one person tries to do it, some things will break. This will be cleaned up soon, but for now this development build is released for people to play with.
