Ah, I figured it out - I was missing the defaulthost file. I never had that on my Linux server, but it seems necessary now.

Mail is being accepted via SMTP > too, but as I say, it just sits in the queue and never gets delivered. How do you know? What does "mailq" say? Is "courierd" running? Select one of the files in /var/spool/courier/msgq/ and post it to the list.
